Thermo Caffeine is absorbed into the bloodstream and other body tissues reaching peak concentration in about 30 minutes. This is related to caffeine's ability to increase the release of beta-endorphins and other hormones and neurotransmitters that influence perception of pain. If you can mask muscle pain while training, you can run, cycle or lift more. Caffeine also helps temporarily restore mental awareness or wakefulness when experiencing fatigue or drowsiness.

Directions
Take 1 capsule not more than every 3 to 4 hours up to a maximum of 5 capsules (1000 mg) in 24 hours. Never exceed this dose. Each Thermo capsules is equivalent to a cup of strong coffee or two No-Doz Plus tablets.
Warning
Not everyone tolerates caffeine well. You’ll need to experiment to determine the amount that gives you the best results. Possible side effects include nervousness, tremors, irritability, insomnia, and mood swings. As caffeine is a drug you may build up a dependence on it and find it difficult to function without. But remember that everyone is different and reactions to caffeine consumption vary.
